iRoot®BP Plus用于年轻恒前牙冠折露髓活髓切断术的临床疗效观察 被引量:17

摘要 目的:比较iRoot®BP Plus和Dycal®用于年轻恒前牙外伤活髓切断术的临床疗效。方法:纳入外伤儿童患者(7~8岁)66例、恒前牙66颗,采用随机数字表法将患者分为iRoot®BP Plus治疗组和Dycal®治疗组(n=33),观察比较其疗效。结果:术后3、6个月和12个月iRoot®BP Plus组和Dycal®组成功率分别为97.0%和84.8%(P>0.05),93.9%和72.7%(P<0.05),90.9%和63.6%(P<0.05)。结论:治疗年轻恒前牙冠折露髓活髓切断术应用iRoot®BP Plus比Dycal®更为有效。 Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of iRoot®BP Plus and Dycal®in the treatment of young permanent anterior teeth traumatic pulpectomy.Methods:66 young permanent anterior teeth in 66 subjects(7~8 years old)were included and divided into 2 groups(n=33),the teeth were treated with iRoot®BP Plus and the Dycal®respectively.The clinical effects were observed and compared.Results:The effective rate of iRoot®BP Plus and Dycal®at 3,6 and 12 month follow-up was 97.0%and 84.8%(P>0.05),93.9%and 72.7%(P<0.05),90.9%and 63.6%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:iRoot®BP Plus is more effective for the treatment of young permanent anterior crown fracture following decompression pulpotomy.
