摘要
以20 kV手车式断路器为例,介绍了断路器的结构,对比了断路器机构防跳和保护防跳的特点,分析了一起由于断路器防跳寄生回路引起的断路器合闸异常故障。通过对故障原因分析,研究了断路器机构防跳与跳位监视回路之间的配合问题,并给出三种解决方案,可以为变电运检人员日常维护检修提供借鉴。
This article taking 20 kV handcart circuit breaker as an example,introduces the structure of the circuit breaker,compares the characteristics of circuit breaker mechanism anti-trip and anti-trip protection,analyzes an abnormal failure of the breaker closing caused by the anti-trip parasitic circuit of the breaker.By analyzing the cause of the failure,it studies the matching problem between circuit breaker mechanism anti-trip and trip position monitoring circuit,and presents three solutions,which can serve a reference for the routine maintenance and inspection of transformer substation inspection personnel.
