摘要
牛轮状病毒(Bovine rotavirus,BRV)是导致犊牛病毒性腹泻的主要病原体之一,具有基因型复杂、传播广泛、病死率高、可种间传播等特性.目前尚无特效治疗药物.文章对BRV生物学特性、小鼠模型建立和疫苗研究进展作一综述.
Bovine Rotavirus(BRV)is one of the main pathogens resulting in calf virus diarrhea,and it is characterized by complex genotype,wide spread,high case fatality rate,and interspecies spread,which lead to serious losses to China's animal husbandry.At present,we haven't found any effective treatment drugs and there is no prevention vaccine on the market.The present article aims at reviewing the biological characteristics of BRV,the construction of mouse models and the development and vaccine.
