摘要
在现代社会科学技术的快速发展中,很多技术领域也在与时俱进地发展进步。而变频器作为我国现在社会经济发展中重要的组成部分,被应用在很多行业领域中。在进行调查和研究的过程中,发现很多变频器在实际的使用中会出现各种各样的问题,这在一定程度上会影响变频器功能作用的发挥。变频器的工作是基于变频技术和微电子技术的,更改工作电机的频率去控制电机的一种设备。在自动化技术不断发展的今天,变频器被应用到了很多行业中。本文就变频器在使用中遇到的问题和故障防范进行分析和探讨,以供相关人员参考。
In the rapid development of modern social science and technology,many technical fields are also developing and progressing with the times.As an important part of China’s social and economic development,inverter is used in many industries.In the process of investigation and research,it is found that many frequency converters will have a variety of problems in the actual use,which will affect the function of the inverter to a certain extent.The work of frequency converter is based on frequency conversion technology and microelectronics technology.It is a kind of equipment that changes the frequency of working motor to control motor.With the continuous development of automation technology,inverter has been applied to many industries.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems encountered in the use of frequency converter and fault prevention,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
