摘要
采用一步晶化法制备了Fe2O3@Cu-MOF非均相光-Fenton催化剂,在不同反应条件下考察其对罗丹明B的催化降解性能,通过BET、XRD、SEM、EDS、FTIR对该催化剂的微观结构和表面性质进行表征。结果表明,在可见光照射下,pH为初始溶液值,罗丹明B初始质量浓度为20 mg/L、Fe2O3@Cu-MOF投加量为0.3 g/L、H2O2投加量为3.5 mmol/L条件下搅拌120 min,新型催化剂对罗丹明B的脱色率可达95.23%,且循环使用4次后对罗丹明B仍有很好的脱色效果。对催化剂降解罗丹明B的反应过程进行分析,并对降解机理进行讨论。
An heterogeneous photo-Fenton catalyst Fe2O3@Cu-MoF was prepared by one-step crystallization method,and its catalytic degradation of rhodamine B was investigated under different reaction conditions.BET,XRD,SEM,EDS and FTIR were used to characterize the microstructure and surface properties of the catalyst.The results showed that under visible light irradiation,was the initial solution pH value,the initial rhodamine B mass concentration 20 mg/L,the catalyst dosage 0.3 g/L,and the H2O2 dosage 3.5 mmol/L,stirring for 120 min,the decolorization rate of rho-damine B reached 95.23%,and the compound catalyst had a good decolorization effect on rhodamine B after four cyc-les of use.Finally,the degradation process of rhodamine B by catalyst was analyzed,and the degradation mechanism was discussed.
