摘要
针对某轻型高机动平台悬挂系统,采用集总参数识别方法获取了悬挂系统振动阻尼特性参数,研究了连发射击载荷下圆柱弹簧悬挂系统平台的振动特性,结合射击试验车体姿态测试,验证了计算模型的准确性。针对圆柱弹簧刚度不可调、车炮匹配性不佳的特点,研究了油气悬挂的刚度特性对车体扰动的影响,油气悬挂刚度经过优化后可以大幅度减小火炮射击时车体的扰动,从而实现车炮匹配优化。构造了模拟射击线稳定的补偿力矩,在补偿力矩作用下该高炮可满足射击密集度指标要求。对悬挂特性匹配优化后的武器系统进行了射击试验,以验证优化改进措施的有效性。
Aiming at the suspension system of a light-duty high-mobility platform, the vibration dam-ping characteristic parameters of suspension system are obtained using lumped parameter identification method, with the vibration characteristics of the platform of the cylindrical spring suspension system under the continuous firing load studied, and with the accuracy of the calculation model verified in combinatin with the attitude measurement of the vehicle in the shooting test. In view of the characteristics of nonadjustable cylindrical spring stiffness and poor matching of vehicle and gun, a study was made of the influence of the stiffness characteristics of hydro-pneumatic suspension on vehicle body vibration. Upon the optimization of the hydro-pneumatic suspension stiffness, the disturbance of the vehicle body during gun firing can be greatly reduced for the purpose of realizing the vehicle-gun matching optimization, with the linear stable compensation moment of simulated firing constructed. Under the action of compensation moment, the anti-aircraft gun can meet the requirement of firing intensity index. The firing test of the weapon system after suspension characteristic matching optimization was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the optimization measures.
