摘要
介绍了一种新型液固混合介质缓冲器,具有行程短、非线性刚度和对冲击环境适应性强的特点,将其应用到转管武器缓冲器中,可有效减小武器的后坐力。以某23 mm转管炮为例,设计了一种空心橡胶小球和液压油组成的液固混合介质和液压阻尼器串联的高效缓冲器,通过求解转管炮后坐运动微分方程,研究了转管炮在高射频连发时的后坐运动特性,并对混合介质中橡胶球数量、弹性模量以及液压阻尼对后坐特性的影响进行了分析。结果表明,该缓冲器能有效减小转管武器在射击时的后坐阻力,且在40连发过程中后坐阻力和后坐位移变化平稳,通过控制混合介质参数的变化,可以获得较理想的后坐位移和后坐阻力值。
A new type of liquid-solid mixture buffer was introduced, which has the characteristics of short buffer stroke, nonlinear stiffness and strong adaptability to impact environment. It can effectively reduce the recoil force of the weapon when applied to the buffer of the rotating tube weapon. With a certain 23 mm Gatling gun as an example, an efficient liquid-solid mixture buffer composed of hollow rubber balls and hydraulic damper in series was designed. By solving the differential equation of recoil motion of the Gatling gun, a study was made of the recoil motion characteristics of the Gatling gun in high-frequency bursting, with the influence of the number of rubber balls, elastic modulus and hydraulic damping on recoil characteristics in the mixture analyzed. The results show that the buffer can effectively reduce the recoil resistance of the Gatling weapon during firing, and the recoil resistance and recoil displacement changes smoothly in the process of the 40 bursts. An ideal recoil displacement and resistance can be obtained through controlling the change of liquid-solid mixture parameters.
