摘要 通过方法《环境空气二氧化硫的测定甲醛吸收-副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法》(HJ 482-2009)分析二氧化硫的质控样品。该标准中,二氧化硫被甲醛缓冲溶液吸收后,生成稳定的羟甲基磺酸加成化合物,在样品溶液中加入氢氧化钠使加成化合物分解,释放出的二氧化硫与副玫瑰苯胺、甲醛作用,生成紫红色化合物,用分光光度计在波长577nm处测量吸光度。采用正态性检验方法统计出A2*统计量,A2*统计量确定小于1.0,则表明测量统计是处于正态分布控制状态并具独立性,然后建立控制图,再使用单值-移动极差MR控制图来监控检测有效性数据的发展趋势,在此情况下,MR图中给出的2SR,即可视为获得的不确定度U。 Analyzes the quality control samples of sulfur dioxide by the method"Ambient air—Determination of sulfur dioxide—formaldehyde absorbingpararosaniline spectrophotometry"(HJ 482-2009).In the method,sulfur dioxide is absorbed by the formaldehyde buffer solution,a stable methylolsulfonic acid chemical compound is formed.Add sodium hydroxide to the sample solution to decompose the chemical compound,the released sulfur dioxide interacts with pararosaniline and formaldehyde to form a purple-red compound,the absorbance was measured with a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 577 nm.A2*statistic is counted by normality test method,A2*statistic is determined to be less than 1.0,indicating that the measurement statistic is under normal distribution control and has independence,establish a control chart,and then use the single-moving range MR control chart to monitor the development trend of detection validity data.In this case,the 2 SR given in the MR chart can be regarded as the obtained uncertainty U.
