摘要
以氢化锆颗粒(直径1~3 mm)为原料,通过湿式球磨法生产了d50≈1μm的微米级氢化锆.研究了球磨时长、球磨介质种类和球磨转速对所制备氢化锆颗粒粒径的影响,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)技术手段表征了所得样品.结果表明:球磨后样品为不规则的片层颗粒,部分氢化锆脱氢氧化为二氧化锆,氢化锆主体结构未遭到破坏.
In this study,micron scale zirconium hydride(d50≈1μm)were prepared by wet ball milling,using zirconium hydride particulates with a diameter of 1-3 mm as raw materials.The effects of ball milling time,type of ball milling medium and ball milling speed on the particle size of zirconium hydride were studied.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the samples were irregular lamellar particles after ball milling.A small portion of the zirconium hydride was transformed to zirconium oxides,while the structure of the majority of zirconium hydride was retained.
