摘要
畜禽养殖所产生的粪污是农业面源污染的重要组成部分。为了使粪污进行资源化再利用,有效缓解农业面源污染,实现对生态环境的保护,平原县坚持畜产品供给与环境保护并重,调整优化畜禽养殖产业布局,在畜禽养殖粪污减量化、无害化、资源化、生态化和改善环境质量方面进行了有益的探索和实践。
The manure produced by livestock and poultry breeding is an important part of agricultural non-point source pollution.In order to make the Manure Reuse,effectively alleviate agricultural non-point source pollution and realize the protection of ecological environment,pingyuan county attaches equal importance to the supply of livestock products and environmental protection,and adjusts and optimizes the layout of livestock and poultry breeding industry,the beneficial exploration and practice were carried out in the aspects of reduction,harmlessness,resource,ecology and improvement of environment quality.
