联合检测血清25羟基维生素D与肿瘤标志物诊断结直肠癌的临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨结直肠癌检测肿瘤标志物、血清25羟基维生素D的临床诊断意义。方法临床选择2016年4月至2019年7月在本院就诊的结直肠癌(CRC)患者100例,同期选择体检健康者100例为研究对照,应用化学发光法检测所有受试者的血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CEA等指标水平,应用酶联免疫法检测血清25羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平;比较两组血清CA19-9、CEA、25(OH)D表达水平;评估CRC患者的肿瘤病理特点与血清25羟基维生素D表达水平的相关性。结果CRC组的血清25羟基维生素D与正常对照组相比,显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而CRC组血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CEA表达水平与对照组相比,显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CRC患者血清25羟基维生素水平与淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度、病理类型等因素密切相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床检测肿瘤标志物、血清25(OH)D等指标对于评估患者病情进展,早期诊断具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To observe the clinical significance of tumor markers and serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D(25(OH)D)on diagnosis of colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods 100 CRC patients treated from April 2016 to July 2019 in our hospital were selected.Over the same time period,100 checkups were chosen as control group.Chemiluminescent immunoassay was used to detect tumor markers CA19-9(carbohydrate antigen 19-9)and CEA(carcino-embryonic antigen).25(OH)D levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Correlation of pathological features with 25(OH)D was evaluated.Results Serum 25(OH)D levels in CRC group were lower than control group,and there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05).Tumor markers CA19-9 and CEA levels in CRC group were higher than control group,and there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05).Serum 25(OH)D levels were closely correlated with lymphatic metastasis,clinical staging,differentiated degree and pathological types and there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Tumor markers and serum 25(OH)D are of great value to early diagnosis and disease progression assessment of colorectal cancer.
