鼠神经生长因子联合电针治疗视神经萎缩的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合电针治疗视神经萎缩的临床效果。方法将80例视神经萎缩患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各40例,对照组单纯给予鼠神经生长因子治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上实施电针治疗,观察并比较两组临床疗效、视野损害改善情况以及治疗前后的中心视野灰度、视力、乳头荧光充盈迟缓时间。结果两组疗效对比显示,研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,且研究组视野损害改善情况明显优于对照组,差异对比有意义(P<0.05);所有患者治疗前的眼科各项检查结果对比均无意义(P>0.05);治疗后中心视野灰度以及乳头荧光充盈迟缓时间均有所下降,研究组下降幅度更大;视力有所增长,研究组较对照组增长数值更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鼠神经生长因子联合电针治疗视神经萎缩的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者视力损害,且无明显副作用。 Objective To discuss the clinical effects of mouse nerve growth factor plus electroacupuncture treatment in optic atrophy.Methods 80 optic atrophy patients of being initially admitted from July 2017 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected through inclusion and exclusion criteria.Patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group took the mouse nerve growth factor.The study group took the mouse nerve growth factor and electroacupuncture treatment.Clinical effects,visual field damage conditions,central visual field gray scale,vision,delayed time of fluorescence filling were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than control group.Visual field damage conditions were better than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,examination results between groups there were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).After treatment,central visual field gray scale and delayed time of fluorescence filling were reduced,but the descent degree in the study group was even larger than control group.Vision for two groups was increased,but the rising degree in the study group was even higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mouse nerve growth factor combined with electroacupuncture treatment can effectively relieve the visual impairment and produce no obvious effects on adverse reactions.It shall be recommended in clinical practice.
