摘要
甘肃某铅锌矿石中主要有价元素为铅、锌、银,具有较好的综合利用价值。矿石中的铅锌主要以硫化物形式存在,银主要以自然银和硫化银的形式存在。采用铅锌顺序优先浮选流程,在条件试验研究基础上进行了闭路试验,所得铅精矿的铅品位为51.45%、铅回收率为85.26%,锌精矿的锌品位为53.38%、锌回收率为91.14%,同时伴生的银也得了较好的回收。
The main valuable elements in a lead-zinc ore in Gansu province are lead,zinc and silver,which have comprehensive utilization value.Chemical phase analysis shows that lead and zinc mainly exist in the form of sulfide,and silver mainly exists in the form of natural silver and silver sulfide.According to the properties of the ore,the sequential preferential flotation process of lead and zinc was adopted.Based on the condition test,the closed-circuit test was carried out.A lead concentrate with Pb grade of 51.45%was obtained,and the recovery rate of lead was 85.26%.A zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 53.38%was obtained,and the recovery rate of zinc was 91.14%.The associated silver was also well recovered.
