摘要
“一带一路”倡议是以丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路为基础的政策,对我国经济、教育等事业发展有非常重要的意义。文章以分析“一带一路”中高校的地位及作用,针对服务“一带一路”建设下支持天水市文化旅游精品演艺工程建设的音乐学人才培养进行深入研究,从高校音乐学专业创新型、复合型人才培养,高校音乐学专业人才培养现状与问题,地方高校音乐学专业创新型、复合型人才培养的对策和建议三个方面展开探讨,从而形成服务“一带一路”建设下支持天水市文化旅游精品演艺工程的高校音乐学专业人才培养方案。
The“Belt and Road”Initiative is a policy based on the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st century sea route of Silk Road,which is of great significance to the development of China’s economy,education and other undertakings.Based on the analysis of the position and function of universities in the“Belt and Road”,this paper makes an in-depth study on the cultivation of musicology talents to support the construction of Tianshui Cultural Tourism Fine Performing Arts project under the“Belt and Road”construction,this paper probes into the cultivation of innovative and compound talents of musicology major in colleges and universities,the present situation and problems of the cultivation of musicology major in colleges and universities,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of innovative and compound talents of musicology major in local colleges and universities,to form a“Belt and Road”under the construction of support for Tianshui Cultural Tourism Fine Performing Arts Project musicology professional training program.
