摘要
信息技术迅猛发展,推动了信息化的广泛应用,高校可以利用信息技术,在SOA(面向服务体系)这一架构的基础上建立人事管理系统。这一人事管理系统有与以往系统都不一样的架构和设计,囊括了高校员工的信息、招聘管理和薪资以及离退休管理等,将这些信息管理统合组织,以服务的形式展现。希望此服务系统能够提高高校的人事管理工作效率,便捷地分析人事管理信息,为学校的各项决策提供人事数据支撑。
The rapid development of information technology has promoted the wide application of informatization. Universities can use information technology to establish personnel management system based on SOA( service oriented system). This personnel management system has a different structure and design from the previous system,including the information of university staff,recruitment management and salary,and retirement management,etc. It is hoped that this service system can improve the efficiency of personnel management,analyze the information of personnel management conveniently,and provide the support of personnel data for the decision-making of university.
