摘要
在线课程是基于“互联网+教育”开发的一种新型授课模式,已成为我国教育教学改革的热潮和趋势。文章以面点技能课程为例展开在线课程建设的研究,首先介绍面点技能课程的现状,然后分析建设面点技能在线课程的积极意义与存在问题,最后提出相关发展对策,以期为面点技能教学及其他专业的在线课程建设提供借鉴和参考。
Online courses are a new teaching mode based on“Internet+education”,which has become an upsurge and trend of educational reform in China.This paper takes the pastry skills course as an example to carry out the research on the online course construction.Firstly,it introduces the current situation of the pastry skills courses.It then analyzes the positive significance and existing problems of the online course construction of pastry skills.Finally,the article puts forward relevant development countermeasures,so as to provide reference for pastry skills teaching and for the construction of other professional online courses.
