不同RAP掺量的再生沥青混合料性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为明确冷拌再生沥青混合料的RAP具体掺量,基于冻融劈裂试验与马歇尔试验对不同RAP掺量下再生沥青混合料的稳定度、水稳性、沥青最佳用量进行了试验分析。结果表明,在RAP掺量逐步增加的趋势下,冷拌再生沥青混合料的沥青最佳用量随之减少,体积指标变化并不显著,稳定度逐步降低,流值却逐步增大;再生沥青混合料初始稳定度与成型稳定度逐步下降,并且掺量对于初始稳定度的影响显著;浸水残留稳定度与冻融劈裂强度随之降低,下降幅度逐步增大,相比浸水残留稳定度,冻融劈裂强度下降明显;RAP掺量对于冷拌再生沥青混合料抗压强度与抗拉强度的影响显著;RAP最佳掺量为40%,最佳沥青用量为4.4%,初始稳定度为4.39kN,成型稳定度为9.59kN,浸水残留稳定度为84.4%,冻融劈裂强度比为77.2%。 In order to determine the specific content of RAP in cold mix recycled asphalt mixture,based on freeze-thaw splitting test and Marshall test,the stability,water stability and optimum asphalt content of recycled asphalt mixture with diff erent RAP content are tested and analyzed.The results show that,with the increasing of RAP content,the optimum asphalt content of cold mix recycled asphalt mixture decreases,the volume index does not change significantly,the stability gradually decreases,but the flow value gradually increases;the initial stability and molding stability of recycled asphalt mixture decrease step by step,and the influence of RAP content on the initial stability is significant;the residual stability of immersion and freeze-thaw are also significant;compared with the residual stability of immersion,the freeze-thaw splitting strength decreases significantly;RAP content has significant influence on the compressive strength and tensile strength of cold mix recycled asphalt mixture;the optimal RAP content is 40%,the optimal asphalt content is 4.4%,the initial stability is 4.39kN,the molding stability is 9.59 kN,and the immersion residual stability is 84.4%,the ratio of freeze-thaw splitting strength is 77.2%.
