三元混合式绝缘油吸潮、工频击穿及产气特性研究 被引量:2

Study on Moisture Absorption,Power Frequency Breakdown and Gas Production Characteristics of Three-element Mixed Insulation Oil

摘要 矿物油与天然酯混合而成的混合绝缘油能统筹兼顾矿物油和天然酯的优势与不足,掌握混合油的吸潮及工频击穿特性,能为其在变压器中的应用及油品质量管控奠定基础。为此以矿物油为参比,针对一种三元混合式绝缘油,研究分析了三元混合式绝缘油在不同温度下的吸潮特性、温度与水分联合作用下的工频击穿特性,以及多次工频击穿后的油中溶解气体特性。对比研究表明:三元混合式绝缘油的吸潮速率和饱和水含量明显大于矿物油,三元混合式绝缘油容纳水分的能力优于矿物油;随着油中水分含量的增加,三元混合式绝缘油与矿物油的工频击穿电压均明显下降,但三元混合式绝缘油工频击穿电压耐受水分劣化的能力更强;在15~90℃范围内,三元混合式绝缘油水分体积分数<70×10^-6时,其工频击穿电压能维持在40 kV以上;多次工频击穿后,H2和C2H2是2种油品工频击穿的主要产气类型,三元混合式绝缘油中溶解的H2和C2H2占总溶解气体体积的百分比略高于矿物绝缘油。 Mixed insulation oil developed from mineral oil and natural ester can take into account the advantages and disadvantages of mineral oil and natural ester. Mastering the moisture absorption and power frequency breakdown characteristics of mixed oil can lay a foundation for its application in transformer and oil quality control. With mineral oil as a reference, the moisture absorption characteristics of the three-element mixed insulating oil at different temperatures, power frequency breakdown(AC) characteristics under the combined action of temperature and water, and dissolved gas characteristics in oil after multiple power frequency breakdown were studied and analyzed. The results show that the moisture absorption rate and saturated water content of the three-element mixed insulation oil are obviously higher than those of mineral oil, which means the moisture capacity of the three-element mixed insulation oil is superior to that of mineral oil.With the increase of water content in oil, the power frequency breakdown voltage of the three-element mixed insulation oil and mineral oil decreases obviously, but the power frequency breakdown voltage of the three-element mixed insulation oil is stronger to withstand water degradation. When the water content of the three-element mixed insulation oil is less than 70×10^-6, its power frequency breakdown voltage can be maintained above 40 kV in the range of 15 ℃~90 ℃. The results of two-parameter Weibull distribution analysis also show that the power frequency breakdown performance of the three-element mixed insulation oil is better than that of mineral oil. After multiple power frequency breakdown, H2 and C2H2 are the main types of oil products under power frequency breakdown condition. The percentage of H2 and C2H2 in dissolved gas produced in three-element mixed insulation oil is higher than that of mineral oil.
