氨基磺酸催化制备硬脂酸丁酯工艺研究

摘要 以氨基磺酸为催化剂,催化硬脂酸与正丁醇制备硬脂酸丁酯,考察了原料物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对转化率的影响。结果发现催化剂氨基磺酸用量为硬脂酸质量的1.0%,醇酸物质的量比为2.0∶1,回流反应3.5 h,硬脂酸转化率为95.9%,通过减压处理,产品收率95.0%。 Butyl stearate was synthesized with stearic acid and n-butanol using sulfamic acid as catalyst.The effects of the molar ratio of raw materials,the amount of catalyst and the reaction time on the conversion were investigated.The results showed that the amount of catalyst sulfamic acid was 1.0%of stearic acid,the molar ratio of n-butanol to stearic acid was 2.0∶1,the reflux reaction time was 3.5 h,the conversion of stearic acid was 95.9%,after the decompression process,the yield of the product was 95.0%.
