摘要
硫化砷残渣(ASR)是含砷废水处理的副产物,亟待合理的处理。利用重金属污泥、石灰、氯化铁和水泥等药剂进行稳定固化处置硫化砷废渣是传统的有效且节约成本的处理方式。首先利用单因子实验分析污泥、石灰、氯化铁和水泥对于砷废渣的浸出毒性的影响,之后依据最佳使用量对砷废渣进行稳固化实验,结果表明:重金属污泥加入量是影响废渣浸出毒性的最主要因素;且在m(重金属污泥)∶m(砷渣)=3∶1、m(氯化铁)∶m(石灰)∶m(砷渣)=0.3∶0.32∶1、m(水泥)∶(砷渣)=0.2∶1的最佳实验条件下,砷的浸出质量浓度由1720mg/L降至0.37 mg/L,低于GB18598-2019《危险废物填埋污染控制标准》中砷浸出质量浓度(1.2 mg/L)的填埋限值;处理后废渣中其他金属的浸出质量浓度也低于标准限值。
Arsenic sulfide residue(ASR)is a by-product of arsenic containing wastewater treatment,which needs to be treated reasonably.Using heavy metal sludge,lime,ferric chloride and cement to stabilize arsenic sulfide waste residue is a traditional effective and cost-effective treatment method.Firstly,the single factor experiment was used to analyze the influence of sludge,lime,ferric chloride and cement on the leaching toxicity of arsenic waste residue,and then the stabilization experiment was carried out according to the optimal dosage.The results showed that the amount of heavy metal sludge was the most important factor affecting the leaching toxicity of arsenic residue;and when m(heavy metal sludge)∶m(arsenic residue)=3∶1,m(ferric chloride)∶m(lime)∶m(heavy metal sludge)∶m(arsenic residue)∶m(ferric chloride)∶m(lime):m(heavy metal sludge)∶m(arsenic residue)=3∶1(Under the optimal experimental conditions of arsenic slag)=0.3∶0.32∶1,m(cement):(arsenic slag)=0.2∶1,the leaching mass concentration of arsenic is reduced from 1720 mg/L to 0.37 mg/L,which is lower than the landfill limit of arsenic leaching concentration(1.2 mg/L)in the standard for pollution control of hazardous waste landfill(GB 18598-2019);the leaching mass concentration of other metals in the waste residue after treatment is also lower than the standard limit.
