摘要
使用专业模拟软件,对复杂工程问题进行分析、计算与设计是工程教育专业认证中必不可少的一项毕业要求。计算机辅助模拟已成为化工原理、化工热力学、化学反应工程和化工过程分析与合成等化工类专业核心课程的重要教学内容。鉴于此,本文针对化工过程时空多尺度现象,分别介绍了原子/分子尺度、单元装备尺度和工艺流程尺度上的计算机辅助模拟方法与常用软件,及其在化工类专业核心课程中的应用,以期能够为本专业课程教学改革提供参考。
Using professional simulation software to analyze,calculate and design complex engineering problems is an essential graduation requirement for engineering education professional certification.Computer aided simulation has become an important teaching content of many core courses in chemical engineering majors,such as chemical thermodynamics,chemical reaction engineering and chemical process analysis and synthesis.In view of this,aiming at the multi-scale phenomena of chemical processes,this paper introduces the computer aided simulation methods and commonly used software at the scales of atomic/molecular,equipmentand process,and their applications in the core courses of chemical engineering majors,so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of thesecourses.
