Pinus sylvestris and Pinus tabulaeformis plantation, which resist to diseases and pests, prevent sand and wind and have high ornamental value, have become the main tree species in urban forests.Soil microorganisms play an important role in maintaining soil fertility of forest plants. The diversity and structural characteristics of soil bacterial community in Pinus sylvestris and Pinus tabulaeformis plantations are investigated to reveal the relationship between the growth of plantations and soil bacterial microbial community by using MiSeq sequencing of bacterial 16S rRNA gene to use analyze diversity index, diversity index and community structure. The results show that Chao index,ACE index and Shannon index in soil bacterial community of Pinus tabulaeformis plantation are higher than that in Pinus sylvestris plantation. There are the same bacterial phylum and the main dominant phylum in the soil of Pinus sylvestris and Pinus tabulaeformis plantation, including Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria, respectively. There are great differences in soil bacteria genera between Pinus sylvestris and Pinus tabulaeformis plantations.RB41,Sphingomonas,norank-p-Saccharibacteria,norank-f-DA101-soil-group are the key genus of the differences between Pinus sylvestris and Pinus tabulaeformis plantation.
