摘要
目的了解临床护士护理信息能力现状及探讨其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取厦门市9家三级甲等医院符合入选标准的临床护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查问卷和临床护理人员护理信息胜任力评价指标体系分别对护士进行护理信息能力的横断面调查,通过多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果护士护理信息能力总分(149.54±36.96)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,学历可影响护士护理信息能力(β=-0.128,P=0.003);工作年限可影响护士护理信息能力(β=-0.131,P=0.031);参加护理信息培训的类型可影响护士护理信息能力(β=8.441,P<0.001),三者可解释临床护士护理信息能力得分的15.50%变异。结论临床护士的护理信息能力处于中等偏上水平,有待提高。临床护理管理者应为护士提供持续的与护理信息学相关的继续教育或培训,同时加强高级护理信息专业人才的培养,以提高护理队伍的整体护理信息能力。
Objective To explore the current informatics competency levels of clinical nurses and to identify the variable that influence these competencies.Method Using the convenience sampling method,clinical nurses who meet criteria from Xiamen 9 Grade A general hospitals were investigated with the general information questionnaire,clinical nursing care information competency evaluation index system respectively in cross-sectional survey,adopting multiple linear regression to analyze its influencing factors.Results The total score of nursing information ability was(149.54±36.96).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background influenced nurses’nursing information ability(β=-0.128,P=0.031);working years affected nurses’nursing information ability(β=-0.131,P=0.031);the type of nursing information training participated in affected the nursing information ability of nurses(β=8.441,P<0.001).Conclusions The nursing information ability of clinical nurses is in the middle level and needs to be improved.Clinical nursing managers should provide nurses with continuous education or training related to nursing informatics,and strengthen the training of senior nursing information professionals to improve the nursing information ability of nurses.
