摘要
压力容器在高压、振动的条件下长时间运行会频繁出现裂纹、刺漏等缺陷,这些缺陷在振动条件下进一步扩展会导致疲劳开裂。为探究这些缺陷产生的原因,以便于尽早发现和预防,由塔里木油田牵头对牙哈作业区169台压缩机附属压力容器进行了详尽的专项检测和技术分析,并对故障率最高的三级出口球罐进行了化学分析、金相分析、硬度测定、有限元分析和应变测试。最终确定,缺陷产生的原因是焊缝和热影响区硬度值过高、应力偏大以及振动带来的交变载荷引起的机械疲劳。
Under the operation condition of high pressure and vibration for a long time,the pressure vessel will have cracks and leakage frequently.Further extension of these defects under vibration condition will lead to fatigue cracking.In order to explore the causes of these defects,so as to find and prevent the defecte as soon as possible,Tarim Oilfield took the lead to carry out detailed special inspection and technical analysis on 169 auxiliary pressure vessels of compressors in Yaha operation area,and performed the chemical analysis,metallographic analysis,hardness measurement,finite element analysis and strain test for the three-stage outlet spherical tanks with the highest failure rate.Finally,it is determined that the causes of the defects are too high hardness of welds and HAZs,excessive stress and mechanical fatigue induced by alternating load due to vibration.
