摘要
目的血液透析机是透析患者在进行日常透析治疗过程中的关键性医疗设备,需要深入了解其内部的原理及构造,为规范维护管理提供依据。方法对目前市面各品牌及型号的血液透析机内部结构及原理进行详细了解及比对,找出透析机内部对于透析治疗效果产生影响的关键性部件。结果通过掌握血液透析机基本的结构组成、日常的规范操作以及落实年度维护保养,有效保障了血液透析机日常运行。结论配备专职透析临床工程师、规范的操作及维护保养能够使得透析治疗期间透析机故障发生的概率下降,保障日常透析治疗的安全、有序开展。
Objective Hemodialysis machine is a key medical device for dialysis patients in the process of daily dialysis treatment.It is necessary to have a deep understanding of its internal principle and structure,so as to provide a basis for standard maintenance and management.Methods The internal structure and principle of hemodialysis machines of various brands and models in the market were studied and compared in detail to find out the key components inside the dialysis machines that affect the effect of dialysis treatment.Results Through mastering the basic structure and composition of the hemodialysis machine,daily standard operation and implementing the annual maintenance,the daily operation of the hemodialysis machine was effectively guaranteed.Conclusion Equipped with full-time dialysis clinical engineers,standardized operation and maintenance can reduce the probability of dialysis machine failure during dialysis treatment,to ensure the safety and orderly development of daily dialysis treatment.
