摘要
本文对含有K的铝电解质进行酸法浸出去除实验。研究了不同浓度的盐酸、硝酸以及酸浸出过程中温度、时间、固液比等因素对K浸出率的影响。实验结果表明使用质量分数为65%的硝酸,在反应温度为80℃,反应时间为180 min,液固比为10的条件下,铝电解质中K的浸出率为98.7%。采用X-射线衍射分析酸浸前后的电解质的物相结构,结果表明酸浸出法可有效去除铝电解质中的钾,在酸浸过程中生成新物质Na5Al3F14和NaNO3。
In this paper,the removal of K containing aluminum electrolyte by acid leaching was studied.The effects of different concentrations of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid,temperature,time and solid-liquid ratio on K leaching rate were studied.The experimental results show that the leaching rate of K in aluminum electrolyte is 98.7%when 65%nitric acid is used,the leaching temperature is 80℃,the leaching time is 180 min,and the liquid-solid ratio is 10.The electrolytes before and after acid leaching were analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The results showed that the potassium in aluminum electrolyte could be removed effectively by acid leaching method,and new substances Na5Al3F14 and NaNO3 were formed in the process of acid leaching.
