摘要
针对飞机起落架精密液压滑阀存在的液压油泄漏问题,提出了基于单向液固耦合的飞机液压滑阀密封性能分析方法。该方法通过分析液压油与阀体结构耦合关系,建立了液压滑阀液固耦合分析模型,计算了液压滑阀结构在不同液压油压力作用及不同密封间隙结构下的液固耦合结构变形。通过对液压滑阀微小缝隙流场的仿真分析,获得了在不同压力、不同结构及考虑液固耦合影响因素时的液压滑阀系统密封特性及变化规律。计算结果表明,液固耦合影响因素对滑阀密封性能有较大影响,在进行液压滑阀密封性能分析时不可或缺,为飞机起落架液压滑阀结构设计及性能分析提供了有效的方法和依据。
Referring to the leaking problem of precise hydraulic sliding valve of aircraft landing gear,a one-way fluid-solid coupling analysis method was established.Based on the theoretical analysis of the coupling relationship between hydraulic oil and the structure of hydraulic sliding valve,a fluid-solid coupling analysis model of hydraulic sliding valve was established.Coupling deformation of valve structure caused by the hydraulic oil pressure was calculated by considering different pressure and different structures of sealing clearance.The leakage of hydraulic sliding valve with and without considering the factor of fluid-solid coupling were analyzed under different conditions.The sealing performance of hydraulic sliding valve and it s regularitiy were obtained by analying and comparing the leakage under different conditions.The results showed that fluid-solid coupling factor was essential for its great influence on sealing performance of sliding valve.This research provided an effective way for sealing performance analying of hydraulic sliding valve and could be a useful reference for designing of hydraulic sliding valve.
