摘要
水泥基灌浆料很容易由于混合骨料级配不合理出现分层离析的现象。为此,进行混合骨料级配对水泥基灌浆料工作性能和力学性能的影响的研究。从水泥基灌浆料工作性能和力学性能两方面证明,采用25%A、75%B与石英砂的混合骨料级配能够同时提升水泥基灌浆料的两方面性能,能够满足对水泥基灌浆料工作性能和力学性能的指标要求。
Cement-based grouting material is prone to stratification and segregation due to unreasonable gradation of mixed aggregates.To this end,the study of the effect of mixed aggregate gradation on the working performance and mechanical properties of cement-based grouting material is carried out.It has been proved from the work performance and mechanical properties of cement-based grouting that the mixed aggregate gradation of 25%A,75%B and quartz sand can simultaneously improve the two aspects of the performance of cement-based grouting,and can meet the re⁃quirements for the working performance and mechanical properties of cement-based grouting materials.
