摘要
文中提出了一种用于LED无线驱动的单管准谐振LC/LCC补偿拓扑电路。为了解决该电路谐振电容两端电压为非正弦波形不利于电路数学建模的问题,对补偿耦合网络的输入电压进行分析,推导出了等效输入电源UX的基波计算公式。为了保证LED正常工作,实现开关管的软开关,基于该电路的T等效模型和互感等效模型,对单管准谐振电路的恒流输出特性和软开关特性进行分析,设计了主电路参数。仿真和实验表明,该电路具有良好的“恒压输入-恒流输出”特性。
In this paper,a single transistor quasi resonant LC/LCC compensation topology for LED wireless drive is proposed.In order to solve the problem that the voltage at both ends of the resonant capacitor is not sinusoidal,which is not conducive to the mathematical modeling of the circuit,the input voltage of the compensation coupling network is analyzed,and the fundamental wave calculation formula of the equivalent input power supply UX is derived.In order to ensure the normal operation of LED and realize the soft switch of the switch tube,based on the mutual inductance equivalent model of the circuit,the constant current output characteristics and soft switch characteristics of the single tube quasi resonant circuit are analyzed,and the main circuit parameters are designed.Simulation and experiment show that the circuit has good"constant voltage input constant current output"characteristics.
