摘要
试验研究来源于柠条的不同水平的单宁对绵羊氮代谢及生长性能的影响。选择体况良好、体重40 kg左右杜蒙杂交羯羊15只,随机分为3组,每组5只羊,分别为试验Ⅰ组(对照组,饲粮中单宁含量为0%)、试验Ⅱ组(饲粮中单宁含量为2%)、试验Ⅲ组(饲粮中单宁含量为4%)。试验预饲期15 d,正式试验期60 d。结果表明:饲粮中含有4%单宁显著提高绵羊0~15 d日增重(P<0.05),而3组间肌酐含量无显著差异(P>0.05);饲粮中含有4%的单宁显著提高绵羊沉积氮和氮存留率(P<0.05);饲粮中单宁含量为2%和4%可显著提高绵羊体内可消化氮利用率(P<0.05),显著降低绵羊尿液中尿素氮含量和甲烷排放量(P<0.05),而对绵羊能量代谢并无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中含有2%和4%单宁能提高绵羊氮代谢。
The experiment was to explore the effect of different levels of tannins in the diet on nitrogen metabolism and growth performance of sheep.The test selected good physical condition,15 Dumont cross-breed goats weighing about 40 kg,and were randomly divided into three test groups according to the principle of similar body weight.In experimental groupⅠ(control group,the tannin content in the diet is 0),experimental groupⅡ(the tannin content in the diet is 2%)and the experimental groupⅢ(the tannin content in the diet is 4%),there were five sheep in each group.The trial feeding period was 15 d and the official period was 60 d.The results showed that dietary tannins containing 4%significantly increased uric acid content in sheep and the 0~15 d daily weight gain of sheep(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in creatinine content among the three groups(P>0.05).Diets containing 4%tannins from caragana improved the deposition nitrogen and retention rate significantly for sheep(P<0.05).Diets containing 2%and 4%tannins from caragana improved the digestible nitrogen utilization rate significantly(P<0.05),significantly reduced the content of urea nitrogen in sheep urine and significantly reduced methane emissions from sheep(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in energy metabolism among the three groups(P>0.05).The study indicates that 2%and 4%tannin in diet is beneficial to the improvement of nitrogen metabolism of sheep.
