摘要
试验旨在研究发酵中草药(本草酵素)对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫力及抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用21日龄断奶仔猪600头,随机分为抗生素对照组和发酵中草药组,试验期54 d。结果表明:饲喂发酵中草药的断奶仔猪在试验结束后的末重、平均日采食量、平均日增重均显著高于抗生素对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于抗生素对照组(P<0.05),腹泻率有降低的趋势。饲喂发酵中草药的断奶仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,发酵中草药能提高断奶仔猪的生长性能、免疫力和抗氧化能力。
The experiment was to study the effect of fermented Chinese herbal medicine(Bencaojiaosu)on the growth performance,immunity and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets.In the experiment,600 weaned piglets of 21-day-old were randomly divided into antibiotic control group and fermented Chinese herbal medicine group.The trial period was 54 d.The results showed that the final weight,average daily feed intake,and average daily gain of weaned piglets fed with fermented Chinese herbal medicines were significantly higher than that of antibiotic control group(P<0.05),the feed-toweight ratio was significantly lower than that of antibiotic control group(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate tended to decrease.The serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content and GSH-Px activity of weaned piglets fed with fermented Chinese herbal medicine were significantly higher than that of antibiotic control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicated that fermented Chinese herbal medicine can improve the growth performance,immunity and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets.
