白细胞介素-8、γ干扰素和D-二聚体水平变化对糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠病情的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平变化对糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠病情的影响。方法取健康清洁级2月龄SD雄性大鼠48只,根据随机数字表法平分为研究组与对照组,各24只。研究组给予左下腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ),对照组注射等剂量的柠檬酸钠缓冲液。记录2组大鼠建模第1周与第2周的血清IL-8、IFN-γ、D-D水平、血糖、血脂、眼压、中央前房深度,并分析IL-8、IFN-γ、D-D与眼压、中央前房深度的相关性。结果研究组大鼠建模第1周与第2周的血清IL-8、IFN-γ、D-D水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组大鼠建模第1周与第2周的空腹血糖(FPG)值显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组大鼠血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组大鼠建模第1周与第2周的眼压、中央前房深度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠的IL-8、IFN-γ、D-D与眼压、中央前房深度均存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论IL-8、IFN-γ、D-D水平在糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠中呈现高表达情况,说明其处于高凝状态,合并炎性反应,上述指标与大鼠的眼压、中央前房深度等病情指标存在相关性。 Objective To investigate the effects of changes in the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),γinterferon(IFN-γ)and D-dimer(D-D)on the condition of diabetic retinopathy in rats.Methods Forty-eight cases of healthy and clean 2-month-old SD male rats were equally divided into research group and control group accorded to random number table.Both groups were given the same dose of streptozotocin(STZ)and sodium citrate buffer in the left lower abdominal cavity,recorded the changes of IL-8,IFN-γ,DD levels,detected the intraocular pressure of the rat and the depth of the central anterior chamber and were given correlation analysis.Results The serum levels of IL-8,IFN-γ,and D-D in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the 1st and 2nd weeks of modeling(P<0.05).The FPG values of the diabetic retinopathy group in the 1st and 2nd weeks of modeling were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there were no statistically significant difference in the TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C values compared between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraocular pressure and central anterior chamber depth in the 1st and 2nd weeks of modeling in the research group,were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that IL-8,IFN-γ,D-D in diabetic retinopathy rats were positively correlated with intraocular pressure and central anterior chamber depth(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-8,IFN-γ,and D-D are highly expressed in diabetic retinopathy rats,it shows that it is in a hypercoagulable state with inflammatory reaction.They are correlated with disease indicators such as intraocular pressure and central anterior chamber depth.
