摘要
近年来,肿瘤疾病的发病率和病死率居高不下,人们对药学服务的要求越来越高。面对肿瘤专科临床药师的紧缺现状,如何培养大批肿瘤专科临床药师人才成为亟待解决的问题,文章对此进行了初步探讨。
In recent years,the incidence and mortality of tumor diseases remain high.People demand more and more pharmaceutical services.In the face of the shortage of clinical pharmacists,how to train a large number of clinical pharmacists has become an urgent problem.This paper has carried on the preliminary discussion to this problem.
