摘要
植物组织培养是园艺专业必修课程。以安徽师范大学园艺专升本为例,根据生源变化的实际情况,阐述了植物组织培养课程特点,分析了课程改革的必要性,进一步探讨了相应的课程改革措施,包括根据学生特点因材施教、根据课程特点提高教学效果、改变教学方式激发学生潜能、加强理论和实践教学的结合,等等,以期通过教学改革对提高课程的教学质量起到积极的促进作用。
Plant Tissue Culture is the compulsory course of the horticulture major.Taking the horticulture major in top-up program in Anhui Normal University as an instance,based on the factual situations of changes in student sources,this paper elaborates the characteristics of the course,analyzes the necessity of the course reform,and then discusses the corresponding reform measures,including teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,enhancing the teaching effect according to the course features,changing the teaching models to inspire the potentials of students and strengthening the integration of theory and practice.It is hoped that the teaching reform will play a positive role in improving the teaching quality of the course.
