新高考改革背景下普通高校招生宣传工作实效性及策略探讨 被引量:11

摘要 面对日益严峻的生源危机和日趋激烈的生源竞争,普通高校招生宣传的重要性和实效性就显得尤为重要。文章以北京联合大学2019级新生为例进行问卷调查,考察影响考生志愿填报的因素、考生获取信息途径、各种招生宣传媒介的有效性等,分析现阶段普通高校招生宣传的策略,为招生宣传工作的改进提供依据,进一步增强招生宣传的实效性,最大限度地提高生源质量。 In the face of increasingly severe student source crisis and fierce competition,the importance and effectiveness of college enrollment publicity is particularly important.This paper takes the freshmen of 2019 in Beijing Union University as an example to conduct a questionnaire survey to investigate the factors that affect the candidates'voluntary submission,the access of candidates to information,and the effectiveness of various enrollment publicity media,and to analyze the strategies of enrollment publicity in colleges and universities at this stage,so as to provide basis for the improvement of enrollment publicity,further enhance the effectiveness of enrollment publicity,and maximize the quality of students.
