摘要
目的:讨论将VR技术应用于医学学生心脑肺复苏术专业教学中的效果。方法:随机选取我校医学系护理本科专业大三年级学生80名。随机作为VR教学组与传统教学组。比对影响后的两组同学心脑肺复苏操作考试相关项目分数差异。结果:施加影响因素后,VR教学组同学心脑肺复苏操作考试分数和胸外心脏按压深度、胸外心脏按压节律、胸外心脏按压与放松时间比例、气道打开与机械通气的分值显著高于传统教学示教组,差异显著,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VR技术应用于心脑肺复苏可以提升学员的主观能动性,并有效激发学习兴趣,为心肺脑复苏培训提供了新的途径与方法。
To discuss the application effect of VR technology in the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)for medical students,a total of 80 junior nursing students were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into VR teaching group and traditional teaching group.Then the difference in the scores of related items in the cardio-cerebral pulmonary resuscitation operation test between the two groups of students was compared.Results show that after applying the influencing factors,the scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation test,the depth of chest compression,the rhythm of chest compression,the ratio of chest compression to relaxation time,and the airway opening and mechanical ventilation in VR teaching group were significantly higher than those in traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Therefore,it is concluded that the application of VR technology in CPR can improve students'subjective initiative and effectively stimulate their interest in learning,which provides a new way and method for CPR training.
