摘要
多学科协作团队已成为临床诊疗和护理过程中的重要组成部分,同时,学科交叉融合正是目前高校教学体制改革的趋势。鉴于MDT模式的开展在临床护理工作中的必要性,以及课程交叉融合在护理人才培养中的重要性,构建与临床MDT模式相对接的护理融合课程已经成为兼具必要性和可行性的教学改革探索。该文就如何构建适用于本科护理教学的融合课程模块进行了探讨,以期为本科护理教学改革提供依据。
Multidisciplinary team is a critical part of clinical treatment and nursing process.Meanwhile,the integration among different disciplines have become the trend of system reform of colleges and universities.Based on the necessity of the implementation of MDT model in clinical nursing and the urgency of the integrated course to be carried out in nursing talent training process,it is necessary and feasible to construct a nursing integrated course combined with the clinical MDT model.This paper discusses how to construct the integrated course module suitable for undergraduate nursing teaching in order to provide the basis for the reform of undergraduate nursing teaching.
