摘要
采用水热法制备了CaAl-层状双金属氢氧化物(CaAl-LDH),以CaAl-LDH为载体、藤黄酸(GA)为模型药物,制备了载药复合物GA/CaAl-LDH,通过FTIR、XRD对其结构进行表征,采用正交实验优化其制备工艺,并采用电位滴定法测试其缓冲性能。结果表明,最佳制备工艺为:Ca/Al值为2∶1、反应温度40℃、药载比1∶1、反应时间6 h、转速1000 r·min^-1,该条件下制备的载药复合物GA/CaAl-LDH具有良好的缓冲性能。CaAl-LDH有望成为一种新型的中药抗肿瘤成分高效载体。
We prepared a CaAl-layered double hydroxide(CaAl-LDH)by a hydrothermal method.Moreover,we prepared a drug-loading complex GA/CaAl-LDH by using CaAl-LDH as a carrier and gambogic acid(GA)as a model drug,and characterized the structure by FTIR and XRD.Furthermore,we optimized the preparation conditions by orthogonal experiments,and determined the buffering property by potentiometric titration.The results show that the drug-loading complex GA/CaAl-LDH has good buffering property,which is prepared under the optimum preparation conditions as follows:the Ca/Al value of 2∶1,the reaction temperature of 40℃,the mass ratio of drug to carrier of 1∶1,the reaction time of 6 h,and the rotational speed of 1000 r·min^-1.The CaAl-LDH is expected to be an efficient new carrier of antitumor components of traditional Chinese medicine.
