湖南柑橘果皮总黄酮及橙皮苷含量分析 被引量:4

摘要 以橙皮苷标准品为对照样品,采用UV直接比色、NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色和碱显色3种方法测定了湖南地区柑橘果皮中总黄酮的含量;以橙皮苷、新橙皮苷及柚皮苷混合标准品为对照样品,采用HPLC分析了湖南地区柑橘果皮中3种成分的含量。结果表明:湖南柑橘果皮含有丰富的黄酮类物质;研究采集的湖南柑橘果皮样品中不含柚皮苷和新橙皮苷,但含有较高含量的橙皮苷,含量达到果皮干重的2.5~7.2%。因此,湖南所产的柑橘果皮是良好的橙皮苷资源。 Using the hesperidin standard as the control,the content of total flavonoids in various citrus peels from Hunan was determined by three methods including UV-Vis spectrophotometry,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH colorimetry and alkali colorimetry.Then using the mixture of hesperidin,neohesperidin and naringin standards as the control,the contents of hesperidin,neohesperidin and naringin in these citrus peels were measured by HPLC method.The results showed that the citrus peel samples from Hunan were rich in flavonoids,but did not contain naringin and neohesperidin.Hesperidin content was relatively high,accounting for 2.5-7.2% of the dry weight of pericarp.Therefore,citrus peels from Hunan are a good resource of hesperidin.
