中等职业学校教师在线教学满意度影响因素分析——基于“停课不停学”期间的调查与思考 被引量:1

摘要 “停课不停学”时期,在线学习逐渐成为中职学校的主要教学方式。教师在线教学满意度是衡量在线教学质量的重要指标之一。研究通过调查中等职业学校教师在线教学满意度,并通过问卷回收及相关性分析、线性回归分析,明确影响中职教师在线教学满意度的相关因素,以及因素影响强度。针对数据分析结果,提出提升平台技术、加强日常培训、提高设计能力等提升教师在线教学满意度的相关建议。希冀能丰富教师在线教学满意度相关研究,提升教师在线教学满意度。 During the period of"classes suspended but learning continues",online learning gradually became the main teaching method in secondary vocational schools.Teachers'online teaching satisfaction is one of the important indexes to test the quality of online teaching.The study,through investigating the online teaching satisfaction of secondary vocational school teachers,and through questionnaire recovery,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis,clarifies the relevant factors and their intensities that affect the online teaching satisfaction of secondary vocational school teachers.Based on the results of data analysis,relevant suggestions are put forward to improve teachers'online teaching satisfaction,such as improving platform technology,strengthening daily training,and enhancing design capabilities.It is hoped to enrich related researches on teachers'online teaching satisfaction and to increase teachers'online teaching satisfaction.
