摘要
为了解决现有家庭手动五金工具套装内工具种类过于繁多且易丢失的问题,并且解决手动五金工具设计的不人性化因素,优化家庭手动五金工具套装产品,对套装及套装内工具进行人性化设计。运用了人性化设计的理论,用户研究的方法,以及人机工程的研究。得到家庭手动五金工具套装的设计。通过人性化设计研究,基本解决了现有产品存在的上述问题,对家庭手动五金工具套装进行整合,优化了套装内工具的使用,提升了用户体验,最终实现了手动五金工具套装人性化设计。
To solve the problem of too many kinds of tools in the existing household manual hardware tool kits and easy to lose,and to solve the inhuman factor of manual hardware tool design,optimize the family manual hardware tool kit products,and humanize the kit and the tools in the kit design.The theory of human design,user research methods,and ergonomic research are used.The result is the design of the household manual hardware tool set.Through the research of humanized design,the above-mentioned problems of existing products have been basically solved,the family manual hardware tool set is integrated,the use of tools in the set is optimized,the user experience is improved,and the humanized design of manual hardware tool set is finally realized.
