摘要
运用混粉准干式电火花表面强化技术,分别使用不同强化介质浓度对TC4钛合金进行表面强化,对比强化层的表面形貌,分析了强化层的厚度、强化时间、耐磨损性;结果表明:不同强化介质浓度影响强化层表面形貌和其性能,在0.5 g/L浓度条件下,所获得的强化层厚度和耐磨损性能最好;随着浓度的升高,强化层厚度先增大后降低,强化时间先降低后逐渐趋于稳定,强化层耐磨损性能先升高后降低,但其耐磨损性能一直高于基体材料。
Powder mixed quasi-dry EDM surface strengthening technology was used to strengthen TC4 titanium alloy with different strengthening medium concentrations.The surface morphology of the strengthening layer was compared,and the thickness,strengthening time and wear resistance of the strengthening layer were analyzed.The results showed that the surface morphology and properties of the strengthening layer were affected by the concentration of the strengthening medium,and the strengthening layer obtained at the concentration of 0.5g/L had the best thickness and wear resistance.With the increase of the concentration of the strengthening medium,the thickness of the strengthening layer first increased and then decreased;the strengthening time decreased firstly and then remained stable;the wear resistance of the strengthening layer increased and then decreased,but was always higher than that of the substrate material.
