摘要
为解决数控机床运行中电磁干扰(Electromagnetic Interference,EMI)造成的机床加工中数据丢失和高频漏电流问题,提出了一种共模抑制的接入方法。在共模抑制器中增加副边绕组,通过副边绕组吸收噪声电压,消除EMI共模干扰,能有效解决机床运行中的EMI电磁干扰引起的数控系统数据丢包和高频漏电流过大引起的漏电保护设备跳闸问题。该共模抑制器体积小且安装接线方便,且实验波形验证了该方法的可靠性。
To resolve data drop and leakage current caused by EMI harmonic interference during machine tool operation in the processing of CNC machine tools,we proposed an access method of common mode rejection.A secondary winding is added in the common mode choke to eliminate the electromagnetic interference by absorbing noise voltage.In the processing of CNC machine tools,this method can effectively solve the data packet loss of the CNC system due to EMI harmonic interference as well as the leakage protection devices trip caused by excessive leakage current.This common mode suppressor is small in size and convenient for installation and wiring.The reliability of this proposed project was corroborated by the experimental waveforms.
