摘要
中职教育在普及高中阶段教育过程中发挥着重要作用,各省区之间在中职教育的学校布局、学生规模、师资职称学历构成和办学条件方面存在着非常大的差别。利用2013年到2019年的省际面板数据,分析了各省之间中职教育资源配置与发展的差异,并为促进中职教育发展提出对策建议。
Secondary vocational education plays an important role in the process of popularizing high school education.There are very big differences between provinces and regions in terms of the school layout,the size of students,the composition of teacher titles and academic qualifications,and the conditions for running schools.Using inter-provincial panel data from 2013 to 2019,this paper analyzes the differences in the allocation and development of secondary vocational education resources between provinces,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of secondary vocational education.
