双壁钢围堰水上拼装与打捞复位技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 吉水赣江特大桥1#~4#墩采用大型双壁钢围堰进行施工。双壁钢围堰的设计及施工,关系到深水水域施工平台的建设及水上作业的安全性。针对桥址周边无场地进行围堰施工的情况,提出了搭设水上升降平台,以此来达到双壁钢围堰在水上拼装、简易下水的目的,并详细介绍了围堰拼装下水、定位接高、下沉定位、浇筑封底混凝土等主要工序;另外,针对围堰遭罕见洪水冲击导致移位侧倾的情况,提出了合理适用的打捞复位方案,这为今后类似工程的结构设计和施工提供了参考。 The 1#to 4#piers of Ganjiang Super-large Bridge in Jishui are constructed with large-scale double wall steel cofferdams.The design and construction of double wall steel cofferdam is related to the construction of construction platform in deep water area and the safety of water operation.In view of the situation that there is no site around the bridge site for cofferdam construction,the paper puts forward to set up a water lifting platform,so as to achieve the purpose of double wall steel cofferdams assembly on water and simple launching,and introduces in detail the main processes of cofferdam assembly launching,positioning height connection,sinking positioning,pouring bottom sealing concrete,etc.In addition,in view of the displacement and roll caused by the rare flood impact on the cofferdam,a reasonable and applicable salvage and restoration scheme is proposed.It provides a reference for the structure design and construction of similar projects in the future.
