摘要
按照南疆铁路库尔勒至阿克苏段双线铁路下行线提速改造工程"运量不减、行车速度不降、不发生责任行车事故"的要求,通过对下行线分区间封锁后的提速改造方案进行研究,总结了在双线条件下科学合理的施工组织工艺。在确保上行线安全行车和运量不减的前提下,解决了下行线道床清筛、换枕、换轨、补充道砟、无缝线路焊轨及应力放散锁定等关键技术难题;针对既有线的特点,从安全防护措施落实、行车组织衔接、现场统筹安排等方面要全面考虑,这对同类工程具有借鉴意义。
In accordance with the requirements of the down line speed-up transformation project in the Korla-Akesu section of the Southern Xinjiang Railway,the author adopted the speed-up transformation plan after the blockade of the down line.The study summarized the scientific and reasonable construction organization process under the condition of double line.On the premise of ensuring the safe driving and unabated transportation volume of the upstream line,the key technical problems such as cleaning of the down track bed,sleeper replacement,rail replacement,ballast supplementation,welded rail of seamless track,and stress relief and locking have been solved.According to the characteristics of the existing line,comprehensive consideration is necessary to be given to the implementation of safety protection measures,traffic organization and connection,on-site overall planning and other aspects.The characteristics of existing lines are of reference to similar projects.
