摘要
针对西成客运专线XCZQ-3标段双块式无砟轨道道床板裂缝的普遍现象,采用查阅相关文献资料、现场调研和现场试验相结合的方法,对双块式无砟轨道道床板裂缝类型进行了系统分类,主要包括道床板表面龟裂或树枝状裂缝、轨枕四角"八字"裂缝、轨枕四周与道床板离缝和沉降裂缝等类型,并从设计、施工和材料等方面分析了其产生的原因。此外,根据统计的双块式无砟轨道道床板裂缝宽度的大小,将其分为小于等于2 mm、大于2 mm小于等于5 mm和大于5 mm三种形式,经过理论分析和现场试验,确定了相应的修复技术方案(表面封闭法、无压注浆+表面封闭法、低压注浆+表面封闭法),现场取得了良好的控制效果,以期为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。
Aiming at the common phenomenon of the double-block ballastless track bed slab cracks in the XCZQ-3 bid section of Xi’an-Chengdu High-speed Railway,the method of combining relevant literature,field investigation and field test was used to systematically classify the crack types of the double-block ballastless track bed,mainly including cracks or dendritic cracks on the track bed surface,cracks in the four corners of the sleeper,and the gap between the sleeper and the track bed and the settlement crack.The reasons for its occurrence were analyzed from the aspects of design,construction and materials.In addition,according to the statistics of the crack width of the double-block ballastless track bed,it was divided into three forms:less than or equal to 2 mm,greater than 2 mm and less than or equal to 5 mm,and greater than5 mm.After theoretical analysis and field tests,the corresponding repairs were determined.The technical scheme(surface sealing method,pressureless grouting+surface sealing method,low pressure grouting+surface sealing method) had achieved good control effects on site,with a view to providing reference for similar projects.
