摘要
本文研究了以硝酸银和抗坏血酸为原料,采用化学还原法合成银粉,考察加料方式、反应液pH值、滴定速度以及复合还原剂对银粉形貌和粒度的影响。确定以硝酸银加入抗坏血酸中,调节pH值为4.0,滴定速度200 mL/min时制备的银粉具有光滑、球形的形貌,且振实密度能达到5.5 g/cm^3。采用抗坏血酸和葡萄糖复合的还原剂不仅能制备振实密度高达5.4 g/cm^3的光滑球形银粉,还能调节银粉粒度。
In this paper,silver powders were prepared by chemical reduction through silver nitrate and ascorbic acid.The impact of feeding method,pH value,dropping speed and composite reductant on silver morphology and particle size were studied.It was confirmed that the smooth highly-sphered silver powders were obtained at the pH value of 4.0 and the dropping speed of 200mL/min through adding silver nitrate to ascorbic acid and the tap density can be highly reached to 5.5g/cm^3.Moreover,the smooth highly-sphered silver powders were not only prepared by ascorbic acid combined with glucose as reductant reaching high tap density but also the particle size of silver powders were adjusted.
