摘要 上海市北横通道新建二期工程跨铁路立交桥工程,桥址位于铁路站场咽喉区,需跨越八条铁路线及轨道交通3/4号线。桥下铁路及轨道交通运营安全要求高,桥上南北高架交通流量大,设计及施工影响因素极为复杂。桥梁结构采用单拱面下承式拱桥,钢梁钢拱。采用步履式顶推施工方法,在铁路及轨道交通运营的窗口期进行顶推施工。介绍了桥梁结构的设计、顶推方案设计与计算、施工过程及监控等,可为同类项目提供有益的参考。 The second phase of Beiheng channel in Shanghai is a cross-railway overpass project.The bridge is located in the throat area of the Shanghai Railway Station and has to overpass eight railway lines and cross the rail transit lines 3 and 4.The operation safety requirements of the railway and rail transit under the bridge are high,the traffic flow of the north-south elevated bridge is large,and the influencing factors of the design and construction are extremely complex.As a through arch bridge,the single arch face is adopted.Both the beams and arches are made of steel. Using the method of incremental launching,construction is carried out in the window period of railway and rail transit operation.The structural design,construction scheme,implementation process and monitoring of the bridge structure are introduced,which can provide useful reference for similar projects.
