摘要
人工耳蜗植入术后听阈的准确评估对于指导调机和观察康复效果有重要意义。主观行为测听是听阈的金标准,但低龄儿童难以配合,常需要电生理技术辅助。耳蜗术后通过耳蜗设备即可实现电诱发电生理测试。寻找一种既便捷又能准确反映听阈的测试是当前研究的重点。本文综述了各类电生理技术用于耳蜗术后听阈评估的研究进展,探讨它们的应用价值与局限性。
Accurate postoperative hearing threshold assessment is important in cochlear implant recipients for mapping implant electrodes and evaluating auditory rehabilitation.Although behavioral measures are regarded as“gold standard”,electrophysiological methods are usually needed for infants and young children who cannot cooperate during audiometric tests.These electrophysiological responses can be evoked electrically through the cochlear device.Nowadays studies are focused on developing an easy and accurate approach for hearing threshold assessment.This paper reviews research on postoperative hearing threshold assessment using electrophysiological methods in cochlear implant recipients,and with discussion on their values and viability.
